The office staff I spoke to were very helpful and pleasant. I arrived early and was put on an earlier boat, so no waiting which was good. Sailings were normal.

We always are helped by cheerful and polite staff, where possible we're allowed to go on an earlier ferry that's been booked.

Service is very slow at hot food station in the mornings and never open in the evenings.

Easy to book required sailing on-line; smooth check-in and boarding; great facilities on-board; pleasant and helpful team at all stages and great communication from the Captain during the crossing.
