Could have done with help as my dog is old nearly 15 and no lift from car deck , he is not light and I had to carry him up the stairway , he can manage going down , otherwise good safe crossing ....

Very pleasant staff who answer the phone and do the bookings. Very well organised staff when getting passengers who need a lift access to the right place. Helpful staff on the ferry in the cafeteria...

Really helpful staff as we arrive earlier than planned due to the absence of traffic. Put on an earlier ferry as there was room on the lower level. Great.

Needed to travel over the festival weekend. Despite the volume of traffic I got were I needed to go without much delay.
