Very smooth driving on and off. Staff polite and all was well co-ordinated. Our only criticism, was stairwell from lowest deck was not indicated clearly.

Easy to get on an earlier return crossing - thank you. Cafe experience was poor. Wightlink has the edge.

We arrived early for our crossing and the colleague was really helpful and accommodated us on the next crossing. Great service as usual.
