Service was spot-on, but I didn't like driving up the open-sided loading-ramp. Would have been better for me if it was enclosed, like an inclined tunnel.

Efficient and always on time

Good service, no delays or cancellation. Nice breakfast and very good service from the onboard staff. All very polite and helpful.

On time as expected

I arrived early and there was space in the earlier ferry so there was no hassle in changing my crossing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the ferry was comfortable and clean for the journey....

Very good service, on time, quick to load/offload. Can't get away from the cost, it is expensive, even with a discount!
