Cheers! Ever striving for cider perfection - don't forget to reserve online our delicious Early Harvest Cider - dry, no added sugar, no sulphites, and no artificial sweeteners - straight out the 'cask' cider as nature intended!
Amazing!! Really knowledgeable about the products on offer. Is able to suggest what might be to you taste and sample them.

The aftertaste must be something else (sometimes hot/spicy food affects the tastebuds) as it’s the same batch of cider your friends had before, with recent reviews “The Medium was Brilliant” & 100% 4 & 5 star feedback show it’s a great choice - as was the lovely 'apply' tasting bottle we checked today - just to the sure!
but disliked the "tannins" in cider (ditto red wine). Unfair to fault, tannins give cider complexity of taste and body, are natural antioxidants, and give the characteristics of English (West Country) cider to which many producers aspire.
Aside from 'industrial ciders' low tannin levels are to be found in cider crafted in Kent, Central - East Europe, USA. We may craft this style of cider next year, meanwhile, our

Crafted with real cider a lovely balance of fruit with all the taste of English apples but unashamedly high in 'tannin'. Great that you liked our Perry - also try Crackin' Pear & Elderflower - an explosion of taste - and low in tannin too! Cheers!
