They were very well organised and very knowledgeable walk leaders.
Each time I have phoned with a query the staff who answer are brusque almost to the point of rudeness. They are the client's first contact with the company.
There does not seem to be any mechanism...

We am very sorry you have a negative impression of our telephone staff. Training is a continual process are always looking to improve. We know many clients would like to see more connections from Northern airports, particularly Manchester and we are continually striving to provide these. it is always good to hear you enjoyed the hotel and felt the leader was excellent.

As always, booking online is so easy,, plenty of info available about the tour to ensure you are choosing the right one. Queries easily attended to by email . Always pleased with the choice of walks...
Generally I have always enjoyed ramblers hols this the worst ,bookings /communication with ramblers office staff good, helpful
