A great company. Arrived on time, well packaged and everything is exactly as described, including the size of the fabric. I ordered 10m and received 10m. The quality of the fabric is excellent too.
Generally we find Craghoppers to be excellent, but there is always the odd exception. It's also worth noting that their products are guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects. In this case, the customer was offered either a refund or an exchange.
