Marcus provided excellent service. Not only did he go out of his way to explain the pros and cons of what Puronics can provide, he explained things I could do myself to keep my water clean and safe.

I typed the wrong name in my review. I meant Marcos Pacheco provided excellent service.
I respect how he took the time to make sure I understood my options, and provided thorough service I think any customer would expect.
Technician was very knowledgeable. Not only about the product he was servicing, but about the company overall. He was also friendly and conversational as well as professional.
Great job on checking out the system, everything was working properly, will get back to you near 2023 to do filter media
Would suggest you offer testing kits to customers, as it would be useful.
