Great service, timely and well done. Only issue was that we were told there would be several bags of salt left for our use. The only salt was what was put in the reservoir, no additional salt bags....

Tech only turned the bypass valve half way, resulting in hard water. If I had not seen it, l would have had to make another service call. Very disappointed! Also cost of filter change is too...
