Thank you for leaving us a review following your recent renewal. Firstly, it’s great to see that you have made your property more secure, we have referred this information to your insurer. I’m sorry to see that you weren’t happy with your renewal premium this year; unfortunately, we are seeing increased premiums across many renewals this year, due to hardened market conditions. I can see that our Brokers have also completed a review of the market this year, with the renewal premium offered being the most competitive to suit your needs.
