Premierline レビュー

Great to hear the renewal was nice and easy for you :)

Thank you for your feedback. I've had a look and I can see that an accidental double payment was made for the policy via a bank transfer. A refund was authorised for you last week and this payment will be with you today. I trust this is all now ok, but if you do need to speak with us please call 0333 320 6009.

Thank you.

Thank you for your kind words and for continuing to trust us with your insurance needs :)

Thank you for your positive review and for trusting us over the years :)

Thank you.

I can see that we have contacted you on a number of occasions over the years for this information. This is because we don't hold this information ourselves, but it is required by Premium Credit so they can carry out their annual checks. I've made an internal note with this information sop hopefully this will avoid the need again in future.
