We're really sorry for the issues DHL caused with your delivery Carol. Tracking shows your ordered arrived yesterday, however I appreciate your order should have arrived on the next day service you paid for. We've had the shipping charge refunded back to you. DHL advised they could not locate your property after several attempts at delivery last week. We're glad your order has finally arrived though, and again, we are truly sorry for the delays.
