We informed you as soon as we were made aware of these changes by the airline. Unfortunately, these schedule changes were made directly by the airline , and as a travel company, we have no control over airline operations. In this case, the airline rescheduled your outbound flight to the evening, which was the only available service from Bristol Airport that day, We understand this may have caused inconvenience, and we apologise for any disruption to your travel plans. We do hope that, despite these changes you were still able to enjoy your short break in Jersey.
