The whole process from booking the holiday to getting to the hotel was very smooth. All dealings with the staff have been great.

Everything was sorted out quickly and efficiently for us. The car was waiting at the airport and the hotel was perfect. I can highly recommend using Channel Islands Direct.

would of been 5 stars we thought we paid for 2 carry on cases only to be told
