It was very quick and easy boarding and very fast to collect the luggage all the staff were very friendly and really helpful first class first class

Very welcoming hotel.
Excellent hotel and service. Let down by noise from contractors vehicles and staff working in car park area. Also contractors vehicles parking in blue badge bays.

we would recommend using a different airport other than Birmingham with its mass disruption due to building work and not to use the channel islands main air line as its poorly giving us a five hour...

Airline flight arrangements were dismal.
No plane available after check-in.
This was apparently a known problem.
