Amazing service
Amazing service. Staff so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble helped organising trips, taxis etc. Just lovely !! Will definitely return to La Barbarie and recommend to everyone.

Competent, efficient service.
Competent booking service, answered all questions, re-booked a better hotel when one of them was undergoing refurb. All arrangements worked well, including transfers.

The transfers you arranged to/from Moores Hotel were shoddy. The airport pick up was non existent, but your other driver took us to Hotel. The pre arranged pick up from Hotel to Sark ferry was 45...

Thank you for the feedback regarding your transfers. At the time we did contact the transfer company about the arrival transfer from the airport and they explained that regrettably there had been some confusion relating to a coach group who were at the airport the same time as you, but when the transfer company realised their error another driver was sent to collect you. We did send you an email explaining what happened and apologised for the disruption this caused.
Regarding the transfer from the hotel to the port unfortunately the driver was delayed due to being held up at a previous hotel. We contacted the transfer company who called their driver he explained the situation and said he was minutes away from your hotel. We did call your mobile and left message explaining what happened and then called the hotel who said you were just getting on the coach.
We regret that you encountered these issues, and having used us three time previously you will understand how important it is to us that all our suppliers provide a high level of service to our clients and we apologise that this was not the case on this occasion, but this has been addressed with the transfer company.
We do hope you will reconsider using us again so we can have the opportunity to restore your faith in our products and services,.
