Helpful - straight forward re booking.
Peninsular fine. - stayed several times. Clean, breakfast good etc
Pity about the ferry time tables ie getting into Poole at 22.45pm!

Arrangements went very smoothly- only problem was change of airport but that was down to the airline cancelling route. Good service all round.
