Good holiday
Booking via phone was good, transfers to hotel worked well,good package overall. But website didn't work when we rrued to book online. Lovely hotel with excellent staff.

Regarding your request for a refund, I can see from our records that you have been in contact with us previously, and that our colleague explained the situation. Unfortunately, as the cancellations were due to weather conditions, we are unable to offer a refund directly. In cases like this, we kindly recommend contacting your travel insurance provider, as they may be able to assist with a claim. However, if the insurance company is unable to help, please feel free to reach out to us again, and we will be happy to review the situation further.
