A fabulous week in the Isle of Man.
The flights were on time and ultra friendly. The hotel was in a great location, everyone very friendly, everything in my room I needed and a great breakfast.

Regarding the parking disk, we understand your frustration. However, as this system is managed externally by the local authorities., we unfortunately have no control over the regulations or distributions.
We were also very disappointed to hear about your interaction with the hotel's receptionist. This is not the level of service we expect from the hotels we work with, and please rest assured that we have shared your comments with the relevant product manager for review.
Once again, we are sorry for the challenges you encountered, and thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We do hope that, despite these issues, you were still able to enjoy your time in Guernsey.
