They have been keen to respond in time and assist in what we asked them.
I cannot remember specifically but they have been helpful so far when we reported need of repair to the flat or sorting account payments
I was chasing the block management for a week to get some details which Hashir retrieved for me in couple hours. Very quick and helpful
