Excellent, helpful, friendly staff. Pleasure to work with them.
Excellent staff at PBM, always reply to emails swiftly and the sorting out of invoices are easy, plus they get paid quickly too, who doesn't like that?

A good service that makes our life easier
Issues get dealt with as expected and in a timely manner and their communication is good. Overall I would say that PBM provide good value for money.
