We would like to advise according to our email correspondence from our Sales email address your email was responded to on the 16th April 2026 at 10:38am advising we have contacted our supplier, and they will send you a new pump and supplied you with a return label for the broken pump.
I have since contacted our supplier and they have confirmed the replacement was delivered Friday morning 17-Apr-2026, left in a safe place.
Easiest transaction with double follow up. One from the organisation a done from one of the owners checking if everything was ok advising how much they appreciated the business.
