Hi John, I'm sorry it wasn't made more clear when you purchased the ORI struts that the eyelet spacers are not included, I'll make sure my sales staff knows this and communicates it more effectively moving forward. It sounds like that could have prevented the hassle you're dealing with now. Regarding the signature requirement, you can waive it online by registering and using UPS My Choice. We wouldn't usually send a package like that signature required, sorry the manufacturer chose to do this.
