We try our best to make sure our website has the most up-to-date images and product information, but inevitably some listings slip through the cracks. Our records indicate that our customer service team reached out to you by phone and email once we were able to get a estimated ship date for your parts. Unfortunately it took us a week to hear back from the manufacturer and we apologize for not being able to meet your delivery expectations this holiday season.
