Hi Abigail, I'm sorry this carrier bearing did not work. This unit is designed for use in the Hendrix X-Chassis, which uses older style Toyota components including the carrier bearing used in mid-80's Toyotas. Sorry you haven't been able to get through, have you tried calling during our normal hours? I didn't see any previous email contact from you. If the item is still in like new condition, you may send back to our San Luis Obispo warehouse; please use RA#14690 and make sure the number is on the outside of the package and clearly visible. I can waive our normal re-stock fee if the item is in like new condition.
