Hi Lee, I'm very sorry about the string of misfortunes you've had on your order. The vendor mistakenly shipped the item to us, and while we were able to process it back out the same day, via Next Day shipping, it looks like UPS is experiencing some delays locally. I''ll get the shipping charge refunded today. I hope everything works out for the best with your project, and I'll be monitoring your order until it's delivered.
