Hi Zach, Sorry you are unsatisfied with the lead time on the item you ordered. Looks like we did contact you ahead of time to let you know it wouldn't be shipping immediately, as the vendor did not have stock when you ordered, and that it did take several days for us to finally get through to you. Our apologies, hopefully we can better meet your expectations next time around.

Thank you for the order. It looks like your order came through after close of business last Friday, and was processed and shipped the following business day, Monday. Unfortunately severe weather has delayed your package, something completely out of control for both us and UPS.
