I did not purchase these items as defective! Items I've received were carelessly packed in PLASTIC BAG, there was no box and no papers to protect collars. If you charge for shipping, at very least have courtesy to ship in box. Before gifting these item, I would have to give them to dry cleaning, to try (if that even possible) to fix collars, which is nonsense, and I'm sure this wouldn't happen with professional company. Items I've received do not look as on the photos on the website (even sales item on the website look neat), I've got smashed and crushed shirts. I've purchased shirts from Saks5thAvenue before, they were perfectly packed and I do not wish to call you directly, simply because I can see you do not wish to resolve the issue. From my side, I just will make sure other customers know what to expect.
