Customer service took a while to answer. When they did it was a brief one-line message to say no. To be fair they did answer the question but it would have been helpful if they offered some solutions.

Hello. Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry we do not seem to have performed to our service expectations. We pride ourselves on helping customers find solutions to problems and are often praised for the amount of time we spend on it, so I am puzzled as to the response you got. I have investigated amongst our team and no-one can recall a conversation where a flat "no" was given as an answer. I have however made everyone aware of your comments with a view to preventing this occurring again.

I would expect that this rainwater but tap would be supplied with an appropriate nut on the reverse (costing pence only) in order that the item couild be attached to the reservoir, otherwise the tap is useless.
Very bad marketing and no help from the telephone line.
Thus I had to google the plastic nut size and make the purchase separately.
Bad news from a professional supplier.
If I had time I would have demanded my money back.

Hello,
We can only find 1 order with us for the back nut. As we do not supply water butt taps, or any taps/valves with a male thread, I can only assume this product was bought from a different company.
I am glad our nut/washer was able to remedy your situation.
