Thank you for your feedback. There is no delay at our end for clearing payments. Our system authorizes and clears payments immediately. Unfortunately in this case,it was your company accounts department, who delayed payment to us by a few days. We are happy to work on an account basis with regular customers who order at least one or two times each month. In this day and age, we unfortunately need to carry out costly full credit checks with any company requesting an account. This is in addition to the issuing of statements, management of accounts, credit control etc., which all adds to our costs. As a result we cannot offer an account to everyone and still maintain such competitive prices. Bob Bawden Managing Director
