but in this instance, as far as I can see, we delivered on time. If you wish to contact our office we will be happy to send through a copy of the signed Proof of Delivery from FedEx. I am unable to comment as to why you did not personally receive the goods for another two days, but can only think that this was an internal delay within your company.
The reason we ask, where possible, for people to order online (especially for their first order from us) is that this way we can be 100% sure, that there is no miscommunication of address details etc. over the phone. We have found this is the most secure method (and therefore preferred) as some carriers can be quite fickle with addresses, with even small errors otherwise resulting in delayed delivery times.
