Thank you for taking the time to review our products and service. I have now refunded your Guaranteed Next Working Day delivery cost. We can only apologize that this was not done at the time of your delivery failure, as would be normal company procedure. I can only assume this slipped the net, as it were.
We have reviewed our automatic refund procedure and have implemented additional systems, to ensure we improve upon this in future.
