One stop shop for aquarists
Great choice of plumbing and materials.
Fast delivery with estimated hour of delivery which I think was great.
Bought for my aquarium really pleased with quality of valves, unions and pipes.

Excellent material, just as described.
Would be a five but in todays world getting only a half hours notice of delivery from the driver is not acceptable. Would have least expected to be told what day it was arriving?

The goods were sent out with Tuffnells. This Courier sends out an email once the goods are scanned into the delivery depot, notifying the customer that the goods have been received. Then an email is sent once the goods are scanned onto the delivery vehicle stating the goods are out for delivery that day. We can only assume upon this occasion these emails were not received. I have logged this with the courier's Technical department to look into why this would not have happened in your case, to ensure that moving forward all customers are receiving these emails.
