i called about my order and they assured it was on the way. took about 2/3 weeks to arrive which i didn’t think was bad considering it was customised.

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. Royal Mail have marked your missing Wall Planner as delivered on the same date as the rest of your order (this was sent separately in a poster tube), but looking at the tracking it seems as though they've delivered this to an incorrect address.
