Not the greatest experience
The ordering process was easy and straight forward. The delivery said 2-3 days and was issued a tracking number. 7 days later the tracking either hasn’t been updated or they haven’t sent the parcel....

You emailed me a new tracking number with no explanation? Have you sent me out a new order? How do you change a tracking number with RN if your first email said you have posted it via Evri? No customer support whatsoever! 🤬

After my original parcel went missing Ashley from customer service looked into it and sent me a replacement parcel. So 3 weeks on I have my order and am pleased to say it seems to be 💯. The company isn’t a scam It just takes more time than the delivery states on the website.
Would defo use again but be more patient next time!!

Definitely recommend EU Meds
Very convenient to use and you don't have to wait too long for delivery. I even got a discount code on my latest order with free delivery. Very reasonably priced.
