Ordered 02/09/2022 and tracking still says “dispatched to Royal Mail”. Have contacted Customer Services numerous times and I’m told different things every time. No idea when or if I will receive....

Good afternoon,
As we ship your parcel within the EU, this process can take up to 2 working days.
I can confirm your parcel has been dispatched, and once Royal mail has scanned your tracking number, you will be updated.
Due to Royal Mail strikes, there may also be further delays.

Your response doesn’t add up. If it takes 2 days to ship then why I am still waiting for Royal Mail to receive 7 days later?
You can’t blame Royal Mail either as the strike is cancelled!

I haven’t received anything and it’s been 7days since order placed.
Emailed customer service and they blamed postal strikes which of course were called off due to the Queen’s death.

Not bad but too many excuses
The website is efficient and the overall process smooth, with decent communications. However delivery can be very slow, i am still waiting after around 8 days and the Royal Mail tracker doesn’t offer...
