Appalling. Horrible quality, when I complained and asked for a refund I got sent another awful quality product, despite telling them it was after my wedding. No response. Shameful.

Our top selling hip flask is a popular item and I am sorry to hear that what you received is not to our usual standard.
I have passed your comments to quality control to investigate further and to ensure this does not occur again in the future and in the meantime I will contact you directly in order to arrange a refund.
We appreciate you taking the time to complete your feedback as it does help us to improve our service.
Thank you.
Regards,
Jane
