1. Unclear differentiation between courier options when trying to decide which to buy 2. No 'Signed for' option 3.No confirmation of delivery received 4. All good otherwise

The site was easy to use and the parcels picked up on time

My parcels arrived little bit damaged and they broken 2 frames from my boxes. The courier wasn’t very kind to send the parcels. Very disappointed Poor service and poor delivery service
