We were very sorry to hear about your disappointment. We are fully aware of how difficult the current travel situation is and indeed has been for the last 16 months. During this time we have helped 100's of customers with their bookings and subsequently helping them to find satisfactory outcomes. We have done our very best in each and every individual situation throughout 2020 and 2021. In order to assist you we did make arrangements for the delay of the balance due date until the travel picture became much clearer for you. At no point did we request the payment to be made. We also provided the option to move your booking through to any available dates in 2022 for the exact same villa that you had booked for 2021. The dates on your 2021 booking were also available for 2022. A booking in 2022 would have helped to navigate the current pandemic and any shielding issues that you were facing. We are always disappointed to hear when a customer has not been happy with our service but we feel we did provide you with the best alternative options given the Governmental travel guidelines at the time of our correspondences. We wish you well for the future.
All done at the right time and money transfer made simple. Everything so far has ben handled well. We look forward to hearing from the owner with contact details.

Translation: My experience has been complicated, the price was in and they charged me in BGP. The bank charged me some additional expenses, which the price did not stay in what it marked. And the owner canceled me 2 days into the trip. But agent Andy was great, and gave me a solution that left us more than satisfied. And which I thank you from all my family.
