Was just as I expected it to be. Good price, delivery and product. Only issue was website when trying to register product for warranty which I hope won’t be an issue as I bought direct from Panasonic

i can see that the refund was initiated on the 15th May by your card provider and you should have received the funds within a week of that. I would recommend contacting your card provider if you are still waiting for them to show on your account.
