thank you very much for your feedback. We greatly appreciate all our customer's feedback. I 100% understand your frustration in having received 5 packages for 6 items. As you can imagine this is not something we want/like doing. PP Online is based in our Sydney store and all items where possible are shipped from here, however if we do not have items in stock here we are another one of our stores to send an item to our customer and unfortunately in this instance we have to get all the items you order from different stores as no one store had all of your items in stock. We are in the process of moving to a centralized warehouse so that we can avoid instances like this in the future. Best Regards, The Paddy Pallin team
