We value every customer that we deal with,and I would like to say first of all that we do try to ensure that all our customers orders are packaged in an appropriate method, so as to protect the goods, as if items are damaged in transit, it falls back onto us as you can imagine. I would like to offer you that we would be happy to send you a reply paid address and you can send us back the goods free of charge and we will gladly replace all of them. We have, since your feedback, taken further steps to implement better packaging of goods in protective wrap or similar, as required.
