thank you very much for your feedback. We greatly value all customer feedback. The Nemo Astro Air Lite 20R you are referring to in the brochure is the non-insulated version, you ordered the Insulated version. There is two (2) version of this mattress, an insulated and non insulated version. You ordered the Insulated version which is more expensive than the non insulated version. http://www.paddypallin.com.au/nemo-astro-air-lite-20r-mat.html & http://www.paddypallin.com.au/nemo-astro-insulated-lite-20r-mattress.html Best Regards, The Paddy Pallin team

thank you very much for your feedback. We greatly value all customer feedback. Most of the Clearance items on the website are stock that icebreaker have provided us with to help them clear there stock. All of these clearance items came from Icebreaker without any hard packaging (box etc) they were provided to us by Icebreaker in just the plastic wrapping that you would of received the item in. We ship all fragile items in boxes/bubble wrapped etc. This item was in a waterproof Australia Post satchel wrapped in its original plastic wrapping. The item that was shipped to you by Perth is a item that all our stores stock and provided to us by Icebreaker in the box packaging that you would of received it in.
