Paddy Pallin レビュー

Paddy Pallin went the extra mile to obtain a rain jacket in a specific colour and then gave me a sizeable discount. I have been a member for some years now and always benefited from helpful staff.

Excellent, personalised and professional

The service I received from the staff member was excellent, knowledgeable, and practical. I was able to purchase what I needed without the stress of post purchase regret. Similar stores that I had...

Outstanding. Everything about the purchase process was exceptional.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products and able to provide assistance when needed.

Excellent advice re buying hiking shoes, and prompt service. Very happy with the friendliness of the staff.

Friendly. In the past have encountered customer service that is outstanding- knowledgeable and proactive- making suggestions and offering alternatives, patient, thorough, etc.

The salesperson was very helpful and was able to construct a collapsible chair in order to try it out.
