Very good book, awful support of publisher
I pre-ordered the ebook instead of the paperback (my error) and tried to correct that vy mailing the support. It took very, really very long, literally weeks, to get an answer at all from them. ...

We found that that one of our customer relation executive had contacted you using reference number 118953 and updated you about the order. Very nice publisher.
They have a very good catalogue of books for almost every professional. Every day a new free book. They solved every problem you have with a purchase. I'm going to buy them books again.
