We make it very clear in our returns policy (https://www.over-board.co.uk/pages/returns) that we do not cover the return postage fee for sending back an item that is unsuitable for either a refund or to exchange for another item. If a product has a fault, then of course we will cover the return postage fee to send back to us, but your bag did not have a fault so we couldn't cover the return postage fee. With regards to the item not being described properly, this isn't something you raised with us as you said the reason for wanting to return the item was that it was too small. If the item description was wrong then please let us know how and we can look to get this changed to ensure the information is accurate? For help with sizing of the bag, under the 'Sizing' tab on the product page we give the product dimensions, and we also have a size comparison image with the bags being worn on a model to help show the difference in bag sizes.
