Thanks for your feedback and fully understand how frustrating the Royal Mail strikes have been for everyone. During this difficult time we have been advertising the Standard Delivery option which you selected as a 2 to 10 business day delivery window, as impossible to know exactly how different areas each week are being affected. To also help support our customers during the various strike days, we lowered our Express Delivery charge to just £5, so only £1.05 more than the standard service you selected. We also lowered the cart spend total to just £50 to receive Free Express shipping, so apologies if missed this option.

Your order arrived the following day after posting this so are pleased this is now finally with you. Unfortunately due to the multiple Royal Mail strikes we have been experiencing severe delays to some of our deliveries. This is super frustrating as we pride ourselves on same day dispatch and speedy delivery times even on our standard shipping option. Due to the strikes we did try our best to manage the delivery expectations if opting for our Standard Shipping service, and were advertising lead times from 2 to 10 days.
