Not received goods.

It should be no stars as I am yet to receive my parcel. Overboard said it was because I only paid for Royal Mail postage and there is nothing they can do. Paid £56.00 for nothing.

Thanks for your feedback on your recent order – I’m sorry to hear there has been a delay with it arriving. After checking the tracking details, a delivery attempt was made today (15/09) but apparently no one was in, so by following the tracking details sent you can book redelivery with Royal Mail or go and collect the order from your local depot. I will send an email directly to you with your tracking details to ensure you have that info to sort the order out. As it is late arriving, I will also get the standard shipping fee you paid refunded. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Many thanks, the OverBoard Team

Hi Luke, As the delivery was late I was away on holiday. I rebooked a delivery for 25th and my backpack arrived and was as described. Thanks for your help to get my goods to me.
