OverBoard レビュー

Thanks for submitting your review on our Large Waterproof Phone Case. As you mentioned, device’s touch screens won’t work underwater as they function by using an electrical current between the phone and your fingers, and as water is a poor conductor it disrupts this connection. Therefore, side buttons on your device must be used whilst underwater to take pictures etc. However, we have never heard of the case causing the phone to switch to other apps or settings screens. This might be due to the phone and the side button function settings rather than the case itself. We would be happy to discuss this further with you in detail to understand the issue and what is happening, so please email support@overboard.com so we can help further with this. Many thanks, Luke
