Thanks for your feedback, and apologies for the issue with your order not arriving yet. Refunds aren't processed/received instantly, but I can see that this has been done for you today for the shipping fee you paid, and this should be with you in the next 24 hours. Regarding the package, the basic tracking information Royal Mail supply for standard shipping service doesn't have an update for your order yet so it is still in transit to you and will hopefully arrive soon, just late unfortunately. However, if it doesn't arrive after 28 days from them collecting then it is classed as lost and we can offer to fully refund the order or resend it to you, which we will of course be happy to do for you. That date is 13/09 so let us know if it hasn't arrived by this date and we will be able to offer one of the above solutions. Many thanks, the OverBoard Team
